  1. 12x12 stall with 12x24 run: $650/month

  2. 12x24 super-stall with 24x24 run: $700/month

  3. 14x28 to 40x60 super-stall with run: $750/month

For those who want full control & care of their horses. You do the foot work, provide your own hay/bedding, you get the discount. FULL LEASE (min stay 6 months, 90 day notice required to renew).

  • Option 1: 2-Stall barn with 2 Gigantic Foaling stall, wash rack, paddock runs, grooming rack, tack and hay storage self contained:

    • $1,400 month

  • Option 2: 3-stall barn with over-sized 14x14 stalls and 14x25 foot paddocks:

    • $1900 per month. Opens into pastures for easy turnout.
